National Register of Translations in Engineering and Economics

Abstract

Central registration of translations is edicted by the government. This regulatlon made evitable the parallel translations of the same work, which gave great financial savings on the level of national economy. Collection built up from the offlcial copies of translations can be used by all the readers of the Central Technical Library and Documentation Centre, where current titles of engineering and economic translations are published monthly in 14 subjected headings (series), too. The current titles show bibliographical data of yearly 50.000 translations made in this country.
