The Veszprém Translation Bureau is three years old

Abstract

The Veszprém Translation Bureau of the Hungarian Central Technical Library and Documentation Centre was established within the Central Library of the Veszprém Chemical University on the 1st of November 1972. The 17 537 standard pages of translations, made in the first year, increased to 49 878 pages in the third year. The 253 outside collaborators of the Translation Bureau supply translations within one month meeting the translation needs of institutions in Veszprém and in its environs utilizing thus the idle capacity of translators available in and around provincial centres.
