Microdocumentation of special literature

Abstract

One of the main problems in the field of documents processed by the special literature is the fulfilling of the demands for literature of limited use. This can best be solved reprographically, choosing the way most suitable for the documents and users as well. The coordinate indexing, micro-preparation and storage solve best there documentation and library tasks, und these can fulfill most suitable the social demand of special literature documentation. This micro-documentation processing needs the application of a new method: the "data-sheet system", planning and introducing of which have to take into consideration the grown demands, possibilitles of mechanical or electronical data processing. Case story of a retrospective bibliography and microbook collection of reprographical literature on library, archive and documentation field, made by the same author, is given.
