Abstract

The ain of documentation is to develop more widely the personal information of specialists, which depends on the quality and extent of personal documentation defined in the first part of the article. The subject and character of this information is determined by the needs of the persons who have to build up their personal documentation for themselves. The personal card-file discussed enables the continuous registration of information.
