Integrated library system-based information services in a corporate knowledge management system II.

Abstract

The first part of this study was pubüshed in the issue 3/2005 of TMT. The second part deals with the information services of Matáv Rt. that are based on the OLIB integrated library system, buí offer less complicated, more adequate search op-tions for company staff than the OPAC interface used in library practice. User-friendly solutions are achieved by pre-defined query options and various viewing formats matching the special features of the information offered. The developers alsó made use of the options provided by the company's elec¬tronic communication system.
