Technical information bureaux in the Soviet Union

Abstract

By invitation of the editors author gives a detailed account on the structure of technical information bureaux of Soviet enterprises, on their activities and their connections with technical libraries etc. General information is giving on the work of the teohnical services of enterprises which are to be found everywhere in national economy and on the State Scientific and Technical Commission (GNTK), which deals with the general questions of the scientific-technical propaganda.
