Online elérhető gazdasági információk a Dialog, a Data-Star és az Orbit rendszerben

Abstract

The growing need for business information has recently stressed the significance of the special bibliographic databases and numerical or factual databanks containing various kinds of company, production, financial and trade information and data. The authors attempted to categorize the numerous business information sources available through the Dialóg, Data-Star and Orbit system. Some illustrative examples of special databases used for business information retrieval are discussed, including the Predicasts databases, the Hoppenstedt databank and the Electronic Yellow Pages directories. Finally, the experiences with online business information services in the National Technical Information Centre and Library (OMIKK), Hungary, are summarized.
