Abstract

At the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest (ÁTE), many groups of different ages, interests and qualities study library courses in literature search, literature use and publication writing. Before and at the beginning of the COVID epidemic, contact teaching was supported by e-learning, followed by hybrid and then 100% online teaching during the epidemic. The transition to the new teaching methods has been rapid and relatively smooth, with not significant impact of the epidemic waves in terms of drop-out rates and not measurable in terms of grade point averages.
