From the emergence of digital black holes, through the European Union's directives to the amendment of the Hungarian Copyright Act

Abstract

What does this strange term "digital black hole" mean? How are EU principles reflected in the Hungarian Copyright Act? In her study, the author examines the essential elements of Hungarian copyright law as amended on the basis of the new EU Copyright Directive. It can be concluded that the digital black hole may shrink significantly in the near future as a result of relevant measures.
