LiblnfO, the Internet Reference Service of Hungarian libraries

Abstract

The Hungarian online library reference service, the LiblnfO is presented. from the initiatives to cooperative agreements. The cooperative framework of the National Library. national special libraries, university libraries, county public libraries and private persons is the LiblnfO Consortium with its organizational and operational conditions developed. The practical solutions are alsó de-scribed in the second part, starting from the methodology of asking questions to the principles of answering them. Finally, based on usage data, the functions are determined, and the experiences are summarized.
