Education projects on the Library Science and Information Department of the Roland Eötvös University (ELTE), Faculty of Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities (BTK), Hungary

Abstract

Since the academic year of 1998/99, library and information manager education has been going on at the Library Science and Information Department of ELTE BTK, in the form of postgraduate courses. The documentation, curricula and methodology of this four-semester education project are presented. It is useful for those interested in getting acquainted with recent librarians' training trends in Hungary.
