An EU project revisited

Abstract

The objectives of the project were to improve information supply for participants of distance learning programs. The information materials were compiled by professionals from England, Wales and Hungary. In the framework of the project a catalogue in Hungarian language has been created containing records on distance learning opportunities in Hungary, and descriptions of courses. In this project the Hungarian participants were the Information Centre of the Budapest Technical University, two county libraries in Békés county and Kecskemét. The author describes the step-by-step details of the project. The main goals of this project were achieved: it appears in Hungarian, and a Hungarian catalogue can be searched online that describes Hungárián distance learning packages.
