Non-well-prepared and badly founded cooperation would discredit the concept itself. A wellorganized cooperation, on the other hand, is very desirable. The conditions of this type of cooperation are the completion of discussions covering all aspects and details, the gaining of support of relevant external and internal professionals, and the preparation of agreement based on the above criteria in written forms.
