The use of Internet in library science and in some fields of library practice

Abstract

In addition to interlibrary loan, Internet can be applied in several other library processes and for library science purposes, too. Library science appears in many comprehensive directories. They and other Internet service suppliers and sources, especially international ones, are presented, and their use in various library fields, including acquisitions, indexing, classification, reference services, library management etc, are discussed.
