Modern methods for processing and delivery of patent information

Abstract

Characteristic features of patent information are discussed, mainly from the user's viewpoint. Existing users' communities and possibilities for their extension are described. Methods of storage and classification of patent information as well as the tasks of organizations engaged in its storage and publication are presented. Existing information carriers, their production and apptications are overviewed. Finally, information activites of some leading authorities of industrial property worldwide are summarized briefly.
