BISER — a technical economical comparison system of products

Abstract

The determination of global technical level and of the theoretical world market price by regression functions can be applied to the comparison of some properties of products with world level and with defined prices. The complex comparison of products by their technological parameter values can be accomplished by a mathematically determined, product-specific single numerical value, the so-called relative coefficient. The comparison starts with the assignment of standard reference product and with the derivation of its relative coefficient. The results are evaluated by an experts' group, according to the competitive position in the international market of the standard reference product, to its estimated specific weight in the world trade, and to its comparison with the product under investigation.
