Abstract

A radio interview was broadcast on 23 October, 1987, on the decision preparation tasks of the Parliament of Hungary, and on the information supply of decision making. Mr. M. Ágoston, General Director of the National Technical Information Centre and Library (OMIKK) was interviewed, following the initiative of OMIKK to provide information for the Representatives. The first issue of the series titled Actual Information for Parliament Representatives is devoted to tax problems, and was issued on the occasion of the 1987 autumn session of the House that discussed the tax reform law of the country. The central dopics of the interview was on the re-quirement of appropriate professionalism of legislation and on the dilemma of the ratio of laymen to professionals in the House.
