Computer statistics of library use in the Central Library of the Havana University, Cuba

Abstract

In the Universidad de la Habana statistical calculations of library usage data have been conducted by a computer for 3 and a half year. The MARVIC system is used for this purpose with BASIC M-88 programs. The authors present some user and library holding statistics for the period from September 1984 to February 1985.
