40 years of Agroinform

Abstract

Agroinform, the agricultural information centre of Hungary, celebrates the 40th anniversary of its existence in 1986. The interview with dr. József Vágó, general director, gives a retrospective overview of the institute's activities during these 40 years, and outlines its present and planned services, including traditional abstracting journals, SDI and online services, and other forms of information services for professionals in the agricultural practice.
