REAL, the repository of the Library of HAS

Abstract

The article summarises the developments – growth, software and hardware upgrades – of REAL (the repository of the Library and Information Centre of HAS). The Hungarian Academy of Sciences have issued an Open Access Mandate, effective from the beginning of 2013. The support functions performed by the Library and the repository regarding the Mandate are reviewed. The article outlines the connections of the repository with the Hungarian National Scientific Bibliography database (MTMT).
