Computerized information retrieval. Experiences in a large company

From May 1982 through October 1983 the Technical Library of the Nitrokémia Industrial Works in Fűzfő, Hungary, performed online searches on 56 topics using the databases of the Dialog service. In the article an analysis and evaluation of the search results as well as the user distribution within the company are given.
