Moodle in the Eötvös Loránd University Library – selfassessment supported by an e-learning framework

Abstract

The Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) Library applied in 2010 for the first time ELTE’s e-learning system, Moodle for supporting institutional selfassessment in its library network. It is the objective of the article to share the experience and knowledge gained while using the Moodle system with those libraries which have executed, are currently executing or are just planning to execute self-assessment, but are yet to choose the technical platform of the project.
