Abstract

Data are given on the Japan technological development, its patent implications, the innovation and invention activities, the common objectives of state and private enterprises and the information system on patents, Subsequently, justifying the necessity of being regularly informed on Japan patents, the possibilities of obtaining such information in Hungary are described.
