Abstract

The three-part study summarizes the findings of an in-house ad hoc committee set up to explore the manpower reserves at the Hungarian Central Technical Library and Documentation Centre. In this third part the staff requirement based on job and worktime analyses, job components, scope of activity, role of job deseriptions in the analyses and the relevant methodological studies are dealt with.
