Closing the 29th volume of TMT

Abstract

From January 1983 our journal Tudományos és Műszaki Tájékoztatás (TMT) will be published under the direction of a new editor-in-chief. On this occasion the present editor-in-chief reviews his own efforts and, in addition, he examines the reasons raising difficulties in the development of information science and librarianship in Hungary including the edition of an information journal like TMT.
