Current problems of information provision for industry

Abstract

Information supply, use and the development of economy management have a mutual influence on each other. The latter, however, failed to imply the improvement of information supply. The level of user's demand is not developing. Advantages of economic efficiency offered by modern information technology are not considered. User surveys are rarely conducted. The few experiences are not followed by action, although the use of novelties represented by patents, standards, product information, scientific-economic forecasts etc. could considerably promote economic development.
