Possible means of expforing the manpower reserves at the Hungarian Central Technical Library and Documentation Centre. Part 2

Abstract

The three-part study summarizes the findings of an in-house ad hoc committee set up to explore the manpower reserves at the Hungárián Central Technical Library and Documentation Centre. In the second part published in this issue the problems of production norm formation and of personal interest are dealt with. The concept of routine work, the reasons of the lack of output standards and the persons suitable for norm formation are discussed in detail. Finally, the possible solutions are outlined.
