The background of scientific, technical and economic information development prognosis in Poland till the year 2000

Abstract

The present article discusses the most important elements on the background of scientific, technical and economic information development prognosis, resulting from anticipated conditions and the country's development trends, especially in the domain of social-economic, as well as science and technology, development. Parts of these prognoses are presented in the aspect of their influence on future needs and possibilities in information activity, in particular with respect to future information needs, information perception and conditions of information process implementation.
