Tasks of two central documentation institutes of the Federal Republic of Germany in agricultural information

Abstract

The author gives an account on the activities in agricultural information of the Institut für Dokumentationswesen (IDW) and in the Zentralstelle für Maschinelle Dokumentation (ZMD). She describes their work associated with the editing of the abstracting journal and magnetic data base Food Science and Technology as well as new information services operating or planned within the European Economic Communitfy.
