Extracts from the patent information activities of the Hungarian state organs

Abstract

The report prepared for the patent information symposium to be held in Munich from 16 to 18 May 1977 informs about the Hungarian patent information system. It outlines shortly the tasks, plans and most recent achievements of the most important institutions, thus e.g., the decree of the Ministry of Metallurgy and Machine Industry, coming into effect on 1 July 1977. This decree renders obligatory patent reseaich concerning new and improved products. The report points out that the Hungarian patent information network is part of the International Patent Information System of the CMEA member-states.
