Library automation in Belgium and Holland

Abstract

The article describes the experiences of Belgian and Dutch libiaries for economics. The automation of library functions has been started some years ago in both countries and soon remarkable results have been reached in the field of processing, retrieval and publication. A fully automated library, an information institute for economics and an automated system for library storage are described.
