Some psycholoftical characteristics of the communication processes

How a decision is made? Answers come from small-group research and state-mensts conceming the role of opinion guiding. Acoording to this: people preferably accept the normes of a group by which they are attracted where the prestige is high. The selection of interpretation within the group depends on those who are - before others - representatives of the regarding group, whose influence on the group is the biggest.
