Some problems concerning the efficiency of technical publishing

Abstract

The basis for technical development is created by the progress of exact sciences, scientific results, however, could penetrate into the technical sphere only through information channels. Information within the system "Science - Information - Industrial introduction" has a two way transmission role, transmission media of scientific-technical information are also developing, so they are influenced by the technical development, too. In addition to automated devices of information transfer, however, classical means - books, periodicals - have also their own reasons for existence. Utilization of hidden possibilities in the latter ones depends - under the given circumstances - on the feasibility of form and subject requirements and on the fact how  international experiences reflect in the classical means of information transfer.
