Information work and company activity - as reflected in the literature

Abstract

Connections of information work and company activites are examined on the baae of available literature. Information work within the enterpriaes is analyzed; its categorization is given according to various criteria; main features and characterictics of management information systems and marketing information systems are described. Main guidelines for organization of information systems within companies are summarized. Finally the necessity of training and education of exports for the complex tasks of information work is emphasized.
